AltTester® Pricing & Plans Update, effective from July 1st, 2026

Starting July 1st, 2026, AltTester® pricing and plan structure will be updated. This article covers all the changes in detail.

The context behind these changes

Over the past year, AltTester® has expanded considerably. The recently launched CLI extends AltTester® ‘s capabilities beyond the GUI, exposing game interaction as scriptable commands that integrate directly into AI tools, CI/CD pipelines, or custom agentic workflows. The AI Extension brought AI-assisted automation capabilities alongside MCP server support. Secure WebSocket (WSS) support was added, and platform improvements have continued steadily across releases.

These investments are reflected in the updated Pricing page. The changes also address how subscription options are structured and communicated to give teams a clearer picture of what’s available before any conversation starts.

Updated AltTester® Pro pricing

Monthly subscription: from €93 → €109/seat

Yearly subscription: from €65 → €75/month/seat (€900 billed annually)

Plan name changes

AltTester® Community → AltTester® Lite

The Community plan is being renamed AltTester® Lite. Eligibility criteria remain the same: the plan is available on request for studios with annual revenue under €500k. No changes to access or terms for current users.

AltTester® Enterprise → Customize your Pro

The Enterprise tier is being replaced by a more modular approach: Customize your Pro.

AltTester® Pro is the core subscription. On top of it, teams can now evaluate the add-ons that are relevant to their workflow. These options are listed on the pricing page so teams can review them independently, before scheduling a discussion with us.

Available add-ons:

• AltTester® Multiple Connection Packages — for teams with parallel CI/CD test execution or multiplayer testing scenarios
• Unity + Unreal SDK bundle – for teams working across Unity and Unreal — get non-GPL SDK access for both engines under one license key
• Priority support — get help from our dev team with a 24-hour response time via a dedicated Discord or Slack channel
• Support for Nintendo Switch™

• Test automation services
• Feature requests — if you need a specific functionality to go along with your test automation project, we can discuss product direction and implementation

What remains unchanged

No existing features from AltTester® Pro are being removed. This update adjusts pricing to reflect the current state of the product and restructures how subscription options are presented.
